As a qualified nutritionist (and a mum), I’m passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infant and toddler feeding, and family nutrition. I also work with women navigating hormonal changes, from perimenopause through to menopause, offering practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to your needs.
My passion is predominantly plant-based eating, but I believe in meeting you where you are, whether you’re an omnivore, vegetarian, flexitarian or vegan. Together, we’ll create realistic, sustainable ways to bring more nourishment to your plate and support your wellbeing for the long term.
